I don't accept cancellations after the product has been dispatched (1-3 days). Please notify me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Cancellations cannot be accepted once personalisation has been made so please do contact me ASAP if you wish to cancel your order.

I cannot accept returns or exchanges on this item as it is a personalised product. The buyer is responsible for ensuring all information is correct before purchasing. Please double check all name spellings etc are correct.

I will only accept returns in the unlikely event that I have made an error with the personalisation. In this scenario please follow the instructions below:

Please contact me within: 5 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Each case will be dealt with on an individual basis and will usually result in an alternative product being sent out or a refund.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your order, however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund if returned within the specified date form the seller. For most products, you have 28 days to notify the seller if you want to return or exchange the item, but please contact the individual seller for accurate details. Any product must be sent back to the same seller the item was purchased from and NOT to My Rockabye.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep your invoice email and order number for reference.

How to cancel or exchange your order

Contact the seller to let them know that you wish to cancel your order or return or exchange a product by contacting the seller directly. Their contact details will be on their online shop. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered (but not personalised products).

Note: Please don’t destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the Partner and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.
