Shipping Policy
All items will be posted via Royal Mail with a Certificate of Postage.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed in the post. 1st Class Delivery postage is not a guaranteed next day service. Royal Mail advise that delivery can take up to 15 days.
It is you, the customers, responsibility to ensure that we hold the correct address for posting. If paying via paypal, please ensure that your address as per your Paypal acount is correct. We hold no responsibilty if you do not supply us with the correct postal address at the time of ordering.
We will only post to the address as per your Paypal account or address supplied during check-out. Your order may be refused and refunded if the name and address supplied at Paypal or check-out is different to the name and address requested for posting.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) this includes reusable cotton pads

Returns and exchange details
I hope you wouldn't need to return something but of you do receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact me and we can arrange a solution.
Returns:
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging to prevent damage in the post. Please contact us to discuss your return whereby we will provide the information required. Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving the item back.
You, the buyer, will be responsible for postage costs both ways unless your item is faulty. For clarity, if you return an item because you have changed your mind, no longer have a need for the item, it is not what you expected or for any other reason other than it is faulty, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the postage costs.
If your item is faulty, your postage costs we will be refunded to you, in addition to the cost of your item.
Personalised items, including dribble bibs, play crowns may not be returned.
We urge you to return your item using a secure method of postage and obtain proof of posting with insurance. We will not be held responsible for returns that do not arrive and you, the buyer, will be responsible for claiming for any loss via Royal Mail or the company you instruct to return your order to us.
We will not refund or exchange item owing to damage from improper use, general wear and tear or age.
