FREE SHIPPING on all UK orders
For orders within the UK we use Hermes and the anticipated delivery time is 2 - 3 business days. For international deliveries, it ranges from 2 - 14 working days. Please keep in mind the current Covid-19 situation and whilst we will do our best to adhere to these timeframes there may be delays out of our control. If you have any questions about your particular order please get in touch.


 

Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a return.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will be returned and no refund issued.
Refunds
The customer is responsible for the shipping & return of any orders. We highly recommend using a carrier that has a tracking service as we cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or lost that are being returned. Please email our friendly team at hello@meandmaevegrace.com and they can quickly help you start your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your items for an alternate size, please send us an email at hello@meandmaevegrace.com and our friendly team will assist with your return.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
International Returns
The customer is responsible for the shipping & return of any international orders. Any custom or taxes that are charged during the sale or return of the item is the responsibility of the customer and not ME & MAEVE GRACE.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your order, however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund if returned within the specified date form the seller. For most products, you have 28 days to notify the seller if you want to return or exchange the item, but please contact the individual seller for accurate details. Any product must be sent back to the same seller the item was purchased from and NOT to My Rockabye.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep your invoice email and order number for reference.

If your item is personalised

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable such as:

Anything that is made to your specific requirements, is personalised, or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element.

To avoid disappointment, please check with your sellers policy as to whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.

How to cancel or exchange your order

Contact the seller to let them know that you wish to cancel your order or return or exchange a product by contacting the seller directly. Their contact details will be on their online shop. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered (but not personalised products).

Note: Please don’t destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the Partner and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.
