Shipping Policy
All our orders are sent via Royal Mail within 1-2 Business Days of your order being received by us.
If you miss your delivery for any reason, it is your responsibility to request redelivery from Royal Mail if required. If you miss your parcel, Royal Mail will hold onto it for 10 days.

Returns and Refund Policy
We hope you are pleased with your purchase from Luca & Rosa. However, if you are not completely satisfied, or have changed your mind please follow the terms listed below. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging or faulty on delivery. You will also need the receipt, order reference or proof of purchase.
If you need to return an item please contact us at hello@lucaandrosa.com and include a contact number so one of the team can call you if required. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item is faulty. We do not arrange return delivery to us for you, you need to return the purchase yourself at your own expense. Please send returned items back to us using 2nd class recorded mail, please note that when an item is confirmed as faulty we will also refund the postage paid if sent via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded deliver (so please keep your postage receipt as this will be requested)
Sorry, but items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@lucaandrosa.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us at hello@lucaandrosa.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalised items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
